Difficulties with check-in due to lack of clear signage.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and nice tea/coffee facilities. Loved having a fan when it got warm, and the piping hot shower was a highlight. A bit tricky with the shower setup, though, as it was small and the sink was in the way. The mattress could use an upgrade since it felt a bit worn. the decor was charming and gave a cozy vibe.

The double room was spacious with clean white bed linen and fluffy towels. Loved having tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast in the mill included a full English and fresh pastries. The views of the fields were peaceful. Quick service at breakfast made it even better.

The peaceful setting of Yaxham Mill, surrounded by beautiful countryside, made it a wonderful retreat. I particularly enjoyed the lovely decor of our room, which was very comfortable and included handy tea and coffee-making facilities.

Better signage for easier arrival would be helpful.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed visiting the nearby lake and the charming market town. The place had a cozy living area and a complimentary tea/coffee setup. Breakfast at the mill was a highlight, cooked to order and delicious. Just keep in mind, it's a bit basic but perfect for a fun getaway.

The only downside was the initial confusion finding reception. We almost left due to lack of info on check-in. A sign would help future guests settle in easier.

yaxham mill is a lovely place, really clean and comfy. paul, the host, was super friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. breakfast was amazin, we had the full english which was cooked fresh and so tasty. the vibe is very chill and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. also, the location is great, surrounded by fields, perfect for a little stroll before brekkie.

the shower was a bit tricky to get right, be careful not to burn urself! also, parking can be an issue since it's shared with the indian restaurant next door, so you might have trouble finding a spot sometimes.

Perfect get away

What a cozy spot! The room was super clean and comfy, and we loved the homemade breakfast. The lady cook was so friendly, made us feel right at home. Only hiccup was the tight shower space—def not for the big and tall! it was a fab stay with the beautiful countryside outside.

We had a lovely stay with super comfy bedding and a hearty English breakfast that hit the spot. The garden was a perfect place to unwind with nice seating areas and beautiful views. The only downside was a bit of dust in the corners, but it didn't dampen our spirits—definitely worth a visit! 😊
